Encens (Ofrena)
Joaquim Vayreda roundabout, Girona (Gironès)
A project designed to decorate a roundabout in Girona during the Christmas holidays. It represents incense, one of the presents that the Three Wise Men offered in worship. An ethereal element that carries wishes, and is materialized by an upward spiral of translucent plastic sheets flying by means of a structure of iron rods. The radial arrangement of this exhibit provides dynamism to the whole intervention and generates surprise to the pedestrians and drivers.
